New Alternative Upgrades Mod
It adds a 3rd alternative upgrade apart from two ToTE ones, which is 57 creatures in total, all with new abilities and textures.
They can be transfered only in Hill Fort so far, but can also be a part of a neutral stack, even on an old or totally random map.
The mod is based on NCF engine, so requires its executable to work. NCF main page
We use slots from 320 to 376.
It is not compatibile with H5 random map generator so far, but we plan to cooperate with SimonaK and Indan who develop their own RMGs.
The beta language is French, author's native language. Finished version will be also avaliable in English.
We kindly ask all the graphicans for a help with our textures and creature portraits. If you feel like making the game look better, now it's your chance to do that. Show your skills participating in this great HC project!

The problem to solve is to make new upgrades work properly. Right now it looks so:
Upgrade -> New Upgrade on Hill Fort
New Upgrade -> Upgrade on Hill Fort
The stacks can appear on a map, both as a new stack or part of the army.
However, never as a supoort for basic unit. Actually it can be only upgrade of upgrade, OR the part of new stack becomes one of the oldest upgrades. It needs fixing.
Anybody who solves it gets half of the Jupiter for his own.

I have some ideas for creatures, for example for upgrade of druid we can use Tieru model with new textures.

Unfortunately it can't be solved outside of taking apart and editing the .exe to WoG standards, so you can keep Jupiter

Hmm since the languange allmost every Heroes fan speeks is English! Why is your mod French then?
A english version of your mod would be perfect!

RTMG can add this new 56 creatures very easily on adventure map
and to integrate them also in additional stack...
It enough to scan their « MonsterShared REF » by a RTMG's Development Tool
Maybe, I will see this eventuality...
But, I agree with the fact about English version.
I don't think to integrate this MOD in RTMG if it doesn't come in 2 languages...

In case you haven't read Warmonger'spost:
"The beta language is French, author's native language. Finished version will be also available in English."
I don't need an English beta.
BTW, do I need a password to get access to photo bucket. It seems to me that way, but maybe I missed something.

I guess as crappy. but from what I remember, apart from casting and attacking animation, it wasn't too horrible.

Yes. Far more crappy. While running, he'd drop his sword (i.e. it'd trail along with him across the ground, held by nothing) and trying to make it transparent would make him look like he's leaning on thin air. Also, his attack animation would be a total mess.
Use a different character model. I'd recommend the multiplayer Ghost.

I suggest Stronghold creatures to start with. This dark violet is awful.
I was thinking about albinoi white, but that's just my weird idea.
