Ok,
I release a new version.
In the files of the first version, all creature's upgrades are sorted alphabetically descending.
Why?
To be sure that third upgrade ID will be the second upgrade in the list.
Ex:
CREATURE_BERSERKER
<Upgrades>
<Item>CREATURE_BATTLE_RAGER</Item>
<Item>CREATURE_352</Item>
</Upgrades>
numbers are always smaller than letters in string comparaison
But I noticed this process was also executed for third upgrade creatures....
On this hit, third upgrade Preserve Tier 3 has this upgrades:
CREATURE_SHARP_SHOOTER
CREATURE_GRAND_ELF
But the BaseCreature has:
CREATURE_GRAND_ELF
CREATURE_SHARP_SHOOTER
(Third upgrade have always same upgrades than its BaseCreatures)
I find it's better that third upgrade's upgrades have exactly the same sort
than their own BaseCreatures's upgrades
In this new version, all third upgrade's upgrades are in the same order than those of own BaseCreature:

now I think I remember what I tried :
creature brawler
<upgrade1>CREATURE_BERSERKER</upgrade1>
<upgrade2>CREATURE_352</upgrade2>
creature berserker
<upgrade1>CREATURE_BATTLE_RAGER</upgrade1>
<upgrade2>CREATURE_352</upgrade2>

<upgrade1>CREATURE_BERSERKER</upgrade1>
<upgrade2>CREATURE_BATTLE_RAGER</upgrade2>
and I modified the building to make my upgrade available in it instead of the regular upgrade
but it didn't work.
instead of the creature 352, nothing was available in the castle at the 2nd upgrade, and upgrading / switching upgrades was impossible.

Indeed that's cannot work.
The best way is:
A castle will go on to allow to upgrade BaseCreature in these two original upgrades.
and
A castle will go on to allow to upgrade a original upgrade in other original upgrade.
and
A castle will go on to allow to upgrade a third upgrade in these two original upgrades (as BaseCreature)
and
If we want a third upgrade (the alternate) we must go to HillFort.
This gameplay is just perfect because it doesn't need to modify building in castles.
Moreover, the third upgrade is considered as a mix between faction and neutral.
As we can just get third upgrades by the Hillfort it's acceptable that their stats be a little bit overpowered about the orignal upgrades stats.
Because a hillfort takes a good time to get.
Just...perfect, just cool.

Hey Fauch, do you know in your mod camera files are really not good.
they are camera from old version whit the old IDs of your mod.
In fact, you go on to use ID of completly others NCF.
We can see in GameMechanics, IDs are good:
But It's far to be OK in cameras:
Seriously, when you plan finally to finish your MOD?

I test it since a long time ago.
Your MOD is very "formidable"
It is very close of a perfect finality.
I found all bugs for you.
Third upgrade is enough well-balanced.
Your MOD works fine.
All that missing is cameras fixing.
Don't be lazy.

I don't manage to add an effect to the bear rider
on the right hand more exactly. does someone know the name of the bone?

You know, you can look that up yourself. Remember Nelgrith's post I showed you ages ago? Look at the one below it, there's instructions on finding out any creature skeleton's bone names.

oh, I thought I answered.
it isn't used anymore. there are some files which were used and aren't anymore, and some back-up copies I forgot to delete.
btw, is there someone skilled at playing with effect willing to help me?
one of the last thing (I think) I have to do is to add an effect to the bear rider's right hand (whatever the effect, I only want him to look like a kind of minor battle mage) but for some reasons I don't manage to add an effect, and I don't have much time to search what is the problem.

The problem is that you didn't save it with Alpha (32 bit); you saved it in 24 bit.
Even if you don't use transparency you still have to save it in 32 bit. Trust me, I tried once without and it got screwed up - I think it's the same problem here.

woah, adding a glowing orb effect to the bear raider is horrible.
I can't even see its exact position in space.
the bear raider is finished, the cyclop icon has been fixed. I think there isn't much left to do, apart from improving a few stuffs.

you took my modifications about upgrades because you finally understood the good idea, but you retook the time to remodify originals stats for originals creatures as these ones you think.
but anyway why don't release originals stats as well?
you say "I'll release a version with originals stats when i will have the time" I provide you this version and you don't take the effort to release it after improvement.

EDIT: Moreover, I hope the presence of Water_Elemental.xdb in your GameMechanics/Creature/Creatures/Neutrals is a wrong.

EDIT 4: And please, in your version for originals stats for originals creatures remove all which can alter the original gameplay like your GameMechanics/Spells. I don't understand why you put all these modifications about Spells in just your alternate upgrades mod.
EDIT 5: You added ScriptID and fixed cameras. Coooool!

no the spells should be there, many creatures cast spells at the extra expert mastery. and it's the same for the water elemental, instead of multiplying damage per 0.3, I changed the mastery, I think I made his spells as strong as the archmage's fireball.
about the rest, the mod is still quite a mess lol, that's probably the main reason why it's still a beta lol

What's this Extra Expert mastery? I don't see any formula or something in the .xdb file to define the spell's damage or something else for this mastery

a 5th level of mastery for a few spells, that I created myself.
each spell currently has 4 levels of mastery, and can have 5 at the maximum
