i finally won a game vs skprimus, tho mostly cuz he let me  i guess by not taking dark as dungeon vs my orcs, which was cool enuf to win something after some 8 losses, even if i got a head start 
that arose a question tho: retribution -- does it work for morale over 5? cuz i had 9 morale for most of that fight, and primus said it works only up to 5, but i also read somewhere here that it works for greater amounts, so which is true?

Nope, it's capped. Similarly over 5 morale cannot trigger at higher than 50% chance.

Went away a little, came back & thought...ok, cast word of chef to make exes move again before <whatever I can't remember, maybe enemy hero>...hmm, can't seem to move them...wait a bit longer...Ah THEY ARE MOVING BY THEMSELVES!...then saw Azagal's polite message that word doesn't help...yeah lol about the PM & frenzy actions fighting against each other [forgot about shat dest in that match but didn't matter ]
On your replay: I was expecting ultra-lucky fireworks, not just two major lucky actions based on one measly luck ...guess that stormwind makes difference as to whether sylvan blitzkreig or chooses defence...woulda been interesting to see luck on sylvan units
Serious note: how did Archies retaliate with luck 907dmg but then followed with lucky attack for 1030dmg!!! [had to see it a few times to believe & calculate that 1030 is right for lucky attack & I thought retal strike perk adds dmg]

@corcoran, thanks for nice games , hope u still ok after all those lucky strikes/morales, even got enlight once with haven (I am even wondering whether hosting the game gives some of those lucky advantages to hoster)...I still tried to win that orc v dun game & found that exp shat dest really reduced dmg (I had icicle) AND even then much of the dmg was absorbed by rage...now understand Azagal's thinking in other match: dest vs shat dest is sure loss.

Yeah it's a pity really that it's so hard to get them to retaliate diagonally instead of horizontally or vertically. There was a insanely well done guide on it somewhere...
But here are some replays from games with me and Albolabris
My Fortress vs. his Undead. Well Mentor screwed him over so he didn't have too much cash left for troops and apparently he missed the obstacles blocking his vamps with soldiers luck from reaching my lines. Loved my Gargs with speed artie in that match^^.
The other one was something I had almost already given up one before it started His Academy vs. my Demons. Well as far as I can see after mass weakness + Endurace/Suffering it's gg. You simply don't deal any recognizeable damage anymore.
So I decided to just charge... that was when I got Enlightment and Lightmagic offered^^. I made a few mistakes though... like casting vampirism on my spawns when I should have used regeneration (I wanted to get rid of Decay but reg would have given me a bit more HP anyways). I still think I could have won if I had managed my unit placement better . But it was a fun match nevertheless.

Just had a great game with him, one of my most intense games ever. Soon in the game he asked if I wanted a new one because it was over but I didn't feel like giving up - even if it looked quite hopeless. But hey might as well go down fighting Things slowly started turning around but I still didn't believe I could pull this off. My mana was about to end, my gremlin shots were few, I had no mama for another phoenix. In the end a successful cleansing from the archmages bought me some time, his mana eventually ended - thankfully no consume corpse and the gremlin immunity was still in effect so I had nothing to fear from harmful spells. My last remaining forces made their last stand and they outlasted inferno like true dwarves

Thanks for more replays you two, its always entertaining! I like to watch replays more than tv .
What a liked:
First one: Torpor trigged like a charm for him in the beggining! But besides that not much luck even though he had expert luck! Like you said the lack of money was his downfall yes? He lacked tier 6 and tier 7 from necros is just bad. Unfortunately vamps are not like old days too. I liked your golems they prove to be reliable again and again. I use them a lot in the campaigns.
Second Replay: Heheh I thought you would win for sure when he lost the kshatras but succubus got imploded back to hell near the end. Golems in the last stand ^^.
Third Replay: Nasty dogs! Caused a million casualities in the beggining xD. I liked his skill choices: expert attack, defense, luck, magic resitence, dark magic, etc. It looked like he was going to win! But your dwarves resisted xD so for sure there is some kind of lesson for me to learn here (one phoenix to rule all xD and the archmages dispelling puppet master!? Terrain also helped yes? Keeping pit lords and nigtmares away).

Only one lesson to be learnt, never surrender Oh and don't skip dark vs a swiftminded haste inferno, the terrain may not help you next time. The phoenix wasn't particularly strong, it's that it bought me time and decreased a bit his spawns. I was able to summon that last phoenix because I resurrected the archmages that reduce mana costs As for cleansing the chance was fifty-fifty, actually 52% as I calculated afterwards.

Well I was Razzak and had Expert defense. So naturally they were pretty sturdy.

as you know, I notice patterns...

opponent hosted & my levelling went  & vitality never popped up (hence no pwr of endurance) & in trying to prioritise this, the other priorities also went (other mass spells like mass suff)...you can also see how vamps went too compared to other times
honourable opponent tried to make it interesting by choosing shakthefat & haste on chiefs before my PM (thanks for game)

BTW do you have a replay of undead winning against orc?
Thankfully dark magic is good against the orcs otherwise they would just walk over the undead =(.

FYI: actions were: mass slow, PM chiefs, frenzy warmo, then phoenix which was stuffed by witch-doctors (but replay doesn't show what spell), then PM gobs as original PM runs out...etc...You're also welcome to try phoenix earlier (but imo batl agst very skilled player was lost before it started)
I've got a replay (nec d orc) but my opponent will have to give permission to post [I was too lucky in that one in all aspects.] The more skilled ones posted by superhero elvish warrior are far better.
