The grab-equals-stealing system from Oblivion was really annoying sometimes, but at least it hindered us from doing stuff like that...

Actually the drag-function is awesome
You can drag corpses to places where you can eat them hidden and undisturbed  Cannibalism FTW!

haha I LOVE the chainsaw xDDDDD
its amazing!
also isnt boone a bit overpowered? i've had him for a while and hes basically doing all killing for me (but I might dismiss him now since I LOVE slaughtering people with the chainsaw )

Boone and Veronica are way overpowered, yep.
Boone might be a bit worse than Veronica default now after Obsidian sat on the Sniper Rifle, hard to say.

Boone is still better with Oh Baby! in hands. He might not look like it, but he has 100 in melee weapons.
Also he doesn't need to be glitched in order to follow you if you're doing Mr. House questline.

GOD **** ARGH!
Every time I start the game the damn .ini files resets themselves, meaning my custom pipboy settings and binoculars and all **** just go poof.
It only seems to happen when I launch the game through Steam, which wasn't a problem earlier since I could just launch it through the mod manager instead and so I had no problem.
But now I need the Script Extender and this one apparently needs to be launched through steam (launching script extender through the mod manager also directs to steam start) so now I'm simply screwed.
Does it have something to do with .ini files being set to read-write instead of read-only? How do I change that? The mod manager changes the .ini to read-only every time I mess with the file manager but somehow the game apparently changes it back to read-write...
GRAAAAGAAAAAAAAAAH! I ****ing hate this! Help me Swamplord! Someone!
EDIT: Or maybe I should just mess with the damn default-ini instead... should work. God I hate you Steam....
EDIT2: Think that worked out fine... I should learn to experiment a bit more before I go crazy and whine on the boards

I was kind of surprised that the NVMM launches through steam; the FOMM never did.

Yeah everything's working perfectly now, the thing with the ini files reseting themselves totally caught me off-guard. Oblivion never did that for me.
Anyway, felt like composing a screenshot of my character, Eli.
Currently a mercenary kicking ass for the NCR.

Yeah I know... he doesn't exactly look original.
Then again, trying to be creative with the CharGen system mostly make you end up with something that looks like it has been forced through a meatgrinder.

This is one of the awesomer mods I've come across lately.
Drugs Are Bad Mkay?
Awesome fun for junkies!
It adds a variety of different shaders to the screen when you're affected by drugs and radiation.
Beware the Super Stimpack...! It's a real trip I tell ya...

@Swampy: Nice, glad to help. Watched the vid a few hours ago, you're badly in need of a Readius pipboy and some pipboy interface mods imo 
The Nordic Leathered Readius is the most stylish skin imo, I like the clean look.
The Courier ain't a vault dweller anyway, and the vanilla Pipboy clips with armor quite a lot.

So I just finished this game today. I played it for about 35 hours. I liked having EDE as my companion because he doesn't talk and often killed things before I even saw them. I did just fine with energy weapons, must be ok in the latest version.
At the start I really didn't like the game and thought that fallout 3 had been much more fun. I don't give a *** about crafting or modding weapons.
The second half of the game was much more interesting. I liked the faction storylines and how everything came together to a crunch point in time and you had to pick sides.
I never encountered Boone. I usually don't take companions anyway but EDE was unobtrusive.
What else...stealth is for cheaters. Fight like a man! Or woman in my characters case. I liked that I could have relations with a female anyway.
All in all a fun game though I'm not eager to replay it anytime soon. Because it is linked to my steam account I can't resell it right?

So I was like happily strolling around the mountains when I suddenly see a million dots on my compass. My instincts tell me that it must be molerats or some roaches.
Well... ****. Fullgrown Cazadores.
Take in mind that that I've killed half of them, and I have a bigger group to the right of me.
This is the kind of moments where I inject every drug I carry with me and then spam VATS while screaming like a little girl.
