Yeah it will pretty much annihilate your enemies by just exposing the full dresses character for them.

I have recently started to play this game and I love it. But I hate Ceasers and so now they ambush me everywhere and they have quite an armour. And no hunting rifle or servise rifle works on them so I attack with incinerator like mad. They are tough. Now I hate'em even more 
I have entered a crushed bus near Mojave Outpost. It was a serene day, noone in sight. I have picked some ammo there. And when I turned my face back to the exit from the bus, they were suddenly there all in black! That was very scary. My fingers were trembling. I get very scared to that kind of unexpected stuff 
Also the dynamites and granades in this game suck. When you throw them, they jump on the ground as if they were some rubber balls and travel far away by the time they explode!

Or raise your lockpick, get Gobi Sniper rifle (un-nerfed with latest patch, even tho nowhere near goldliness of 1.00 ) and one shot every human there is.

Never managed to use throwing weapons without tearing my hair out... they really messed up the balance on those.
Ah... *stares at active modlist*... what works with what? What can I remove? What does this mean?
Take a pause from modding and you're all confused when you return haha...

yup. Too overpowered. Even for me.
Finished my first (and only) run with Gobi sniper rifle. it was so ridiculously OP i nearly cried 
checking the patch history, I see it has been nerfed to crap tier in later patch, then another one restored some of its glory.
I did quick math and it's still the best weapon around, by the way (Plasma caster does more DPS, yea, but the speed of deterioration is a huge con). it's deadly accurate, ammo is easy to get, has a scope, and performs well in VATS. Great all-rounder.

I remember feeling that way with Tribunal in Morrowind when I woke up and found an assassin watching me sleep. What a perv.

Throwing weapons are too easy to use if you sneak good (but without VATS they are a nightmare to master).
As for the modlist, just randomly check and uncheck boxes until the game stops crashing
@Doom using sniper rifles you can just smash your face into the keyboard and still win any fight

Yeah I don't use VATS, never have. Tried basing a character around poison and throwing knives once but it didn't really work cuz aiming with them is just insanely hard haha...
With this Project Nevada mod I'm using now there are much more awesome stuff to use your Action Points on anyway... like tackling people and using bullet time.

I wonder have they imported a mod from fallout 3 that allowed you to call vertibird airstrikes and deliver a brotherhood squads as backup, now that was awesome

VATS makes combat laughable.
And was there ever a time when the series wasn't snowed in one way or another?
