I just got spoiled at the army with the Zeiss Diavari.
The rifle at the picture is actually the same kind I used to snipe with.

Working on this in a preliminary attempt to be able to mess with people during "serious business" election season next year; should I take out the "today" and just have it read "Building a Better America" ?
And nice character, Adrius! I should post up one of mine, I tend to go for more of a rough-and-tumble power-armored badass approach as opposed to stealth commando.

Mods are the worst drug there is. I remember the addiction I had when I played Oblivion, oh god I needed to stay a clinic for 4 months the get rid of the addiction. 
Now I only fear for Skyrim....

Thinking of making one of them characters myself.
Just so I have a character that can use this awesomeness without it feeling weird.

Oh... but what about New Vegas Repopulated?
Or Increased Wasteland Spawns for patrols along the roads and more monsters in general?
The engine can indeed go unstable though... no way to avoid that.
I had a bunch of crash prevention kits for Oblivion but I don't think any have been released for New Vegas.
EDIT:
Argh I feel so damn heavy in all this damn power armor! Can't move properly... and people are staring at me in bars. I can't fricking blend in.
Did enjoy the Powered Power Armor mod though... really like the "INITIALIZING" sound when I equip the armor 
Built in zooming and nightvision/thermal equipment in helmets as well... and cooling systems... and actual need for a powersource... and Power Armor Mods... hell wearing Power Armor becomes a mini-game in itself.
Still... too damn bulky.

Powered Power Armor is really cool, and there's an addon part to remove the weight Power Armor weighs, I think.
My only annoyance with it is that I have it enabled in FO3 at the moment, and I can't figure out how to remove the armor addon that makes me run super fast.

Regarding Increased Wasteland Spawns: I pretty much view this as a necessity. The Mojave is depressingly empty compared to the Capital Wasteland without FO3's random encounters, and IWS fills this gap. Incidentally, I was really surprised there were no random encounters in NV; that was one area in which Obsidian's relative weakness in open-world construction as compared to Bethesda really stood out.

Same; the NV wasteland could really use the increased spawns. He said he'd work on one, if I recall correctly.

Speaking of mods, I just started working on one of my own, a custom companion! Working with GECK is actually really fun.

I remember that I "tried" to work quite a lot with the construction set for Oblivion. Hopefully Skyrim will turn out to have an equally handy and easy tool to create mods with.
By the way Adrius have you gotten anyone to do your hidden safe-house?

Nope.
We had a nice discussion about it though, and someone mentioned that a broken submarine at the bottom of a lake would be quite awesome, which I thought was an even better idea for a home.
Hoping that someone will make such a home someday
'til then I'm living here.
...it's got a lockable door. I mean, yay, finally someone considers safety.

All given information are fine and I also played Fallout. It is one of my favorite action game and I like its features and all the characters. I have full series of it.
