It's a verdict of lawful or unlawful or constitutional or not, ain't nothing to do with right and wrong.
The issue isn't with the courts, it's with the evidence gathering, in order to come to a methodical conclusion you need information - facts and evidence. However if your apparatus for gathering them is inept or corrupt well no matter how 'just'/upstanding your judges are they will be crippled.
If one side says that there was no tampering with the ballots, and the other side has no evidence of the contrary. No moral or sane judge is going to YOLO it and rule the election was rigged, he is not there to wing it, he is there to come to weigh the evidence presented by both sides and come to a lawful and reasonable decision for ruling in favor of one party over the other.

Not really please elaborate we shouldn't have to guess at what you mean, kinda rude to lay the blame at another's feet for your inability to express yourself clearly. Don't ya think sweet'ums?
The judge ain't gonna do the 'right' thing as you'd interpret it, he is going to make a decision based on evidence and supplement his decision for his ruling with superflous moral reason too (which is the right thing). No way in hell would any respectable judge wing it and rule in favor of a party lacking in evidence.
If there was anything unconstitutional going on with the ballot counts and the cabal arguing for this does not cough up solid evidence to present to the Supreme Court then they are going to sink like a **** ton of bricks and look like tits to top it off.
Nothing to do with the court, just the inaptitude of anyone arguing that there was tampering.

denial of fraud at this point utterly removes any decent standing that person has in a just and honest society. your refusal to make any attempt whatsoever to examine crystal-clear evidence negates any opinion you think is your own.

saying that the right has propaganda, and that THAT'S the problem, is a direct result of you all listening to LEFTIST propaganda. which isn't even "leftist" in actuality, but just portrayed primarily through that medium.
