I just followed Elvin's description as I can't see the replays from my laptop, and it seemed a pretty hard defeat. Well, I don't really know how lucky (and I don't mean just the luck skill, but other random factors as well) Stronghold was in that battle, so maybe it's not such a big imbalance in general with Orcs vs Dark Elves. Maybe it was just this one fight like that...

So you havent seen Empowered Deep Freeze killing 34 Earth Daughters though having Barbarian Luck + Advanced Shatter Destruction + Boots of Resistance + Magic Resistance + about 300 RP

Great  Meanwhile we had a most epic clash between dungeon and fortress with Final_Boss! Check it out, that was intense.
Had a funny build admittedly. Boss had a destructive focus so my arties helped a lot.

I vote obstacles and different terrain, the dessert not only looks boring but doesn't go with the whole arena thing in my taste.
Very nice game there with final_boss . I think you could have won if you had chosen basically luck,attack or defense instead of morale. No idea why you chose morale without empathy.
EDIT: Oiii~~~Blizzy want to play our matches now? Would be very good for me since my weekend will be packed oO.

I didn't have much of a choice, destructive appeared in my last several level ups and I just picked the remaining as leadership since it popped up  I think it went pretty well, there was some good morale action especially in the end.
You may also have noticed that my phoenix received more damage than the other units, that's because he had cold death. Any thoughts why it did not die outright? 
Btw. Azagal does not like desserts..? Yummy

Your reduction artefacts saved it? No idea. How do you counter Cold Death :S? And yes batteling on desserts suck (I get the desert=/= dessert joke^^).

EDIT: Just finished my games with Blizzardboy damn he got the best of me again xD. He played really well and I'm afraid I didn't to much to compete with him.
We've had some funny experiences with Haven though. I anihilated his Academy in round one with devine guidanced Champions he could only watch the massacer lol. And in return his 20 initiative griffins (20!!!) battle dived my crumbeling half dead fortress troops xD.

The replay wasn't saved for this one. I killed his pathetic, weak little Haven army without a single casualty. And when I say that, what I really mean is that he completely annihilated my army even worse than I annihilated him in the 3rd match. My wizard had a chance to cast 1 fireball spell.

Elvin’s hydras had +5 morale and he was saving 10 mana points, so I needed more stacks, otherwise he would cast some low level spell to kill my skirmishers and then cast again just before my hero thanks to sorcery.

I played 2 duels vs Eugen: Eugen 1 – Final_Boss 1
We’ll play the last duel tomorrow.
First duel was Necro (me) vs Stronghold (Eugen): REPLAY
His charge failed because only my expendable lichs and resilient dragons suffered damage, so after that he could do nothing against puppet master, frenzy and torpor.
Second duel was Fortress (me) vs Dungeon (Eugen): REPLAY
Eugen used summoning magic vs my poor dwarves just like Elvin did in our friendly game, but this time I didn’t had cold death, and if you add to that some bad moves from my side and a lot good one from Eugen's, then you get a glorious Dungeon victory.

First off congratulations on Blizzardboy for his inferno match Well played though it might have been different if prismatic breath hit more, cursed ring I presume? Aura of swiftness was nice. The other match was kinda a slaughter, dwarves would have done better with defense.
Final_Boss was correct, that is what I had in mind. Great game as necro, the sign of a good player is to possess the ability to turn a game around and plan ahead.
Vs dwarves everything went wrong From placement(not preventing firebreath), starting initiative, no cold death.. I would have avoided advancing my thanes forward and would have focused on the phoenix, its attacks were devastating. The battleragers could have attempted to stun it. As mentioned Eugen played pretty good, the timing for phantom forces was great
