It's the racial ability for Academy Heroes. They can create mini-artifacts for their creatures in an Academy Town that has an Arcane Forge built.

Soldiers luck only affect special ability of some creatures, not wizard's skills. Only thing that affect magic mirror is the special Twister ability of Galib and campaign heroe Cyrus, which increase chance of spell reflecting on enemy target rather than friendly unit.

Well I had 66 Titans, I always called in reinforcement and got some from my city. Use the tier7 creatures that appear before Talonguard. Try to boost your morale a bit, so you won't get too much bad morale for them. If you can, use Vampirism or Puppet Master, if not, use mass spells and divine vengeance, maybe summon some help/cannonfodder 
Gating wasn't really that much of a problem for me, those gated pit lords or horses die pretty fast.

Ha ha that's a sweet bug - they forgot to make it so that spells learned through Arcane Omniscience cannot be taught to another through Scholar.

You're actually wasting precious skill and/or artifact slots with what you suggest here, because effective Luck can't go higher than +5. Thus, unless you play vs. someone who's likely to spam Sorrow all over the place, Luck > +5 is a waste, so if you have Expert Luck and Golden Horseshoe, don't bother to add Luck on your mini-arties - or vice versa, if you add +5 through mini-arties, don't bother with learning Luck skill.

Boy am I angry! I'm on second mission and I'm stuk.I found a lot of obelisk.The underground won't lewt me go any farther and I only explored 1/3 of the underground! There is no place to have me summon a boat above ground! And I've got arcane ominiscince.I need to know mwhere the tear of asha is and most importantly i can't find anywhere to go!

Above ground you only have a small part on the east side of the map, stretching up into the north-eastern corner at the start of the mission. Underground you can reach several areas purely by boat - my guess is that you didn't visit and/or find all locations yet. If you did, your puzzle map would be open and you would know where the Tear of Asha is located.
It's underground in any case and for me it was close to the Blood Memorial treasure stash.

Why is that a bug? You learn the spell, it doesn't matter how, you teach the spell.

Then why do you forget it once you unlearn Arcane Omniscience? As far as I know, you don't have the spells when you unlearn it and then learn expert level Magic in one or more schools. Also, why can't you teach other Heroes (or yourself!) spells that come from a Tome or Spell Scroll?

As far as I know, the limit for luck was 6 in HommV (and HoF?), but now it can get higher, just remember orlando, he had like +10 morale and luck.

Well I don't know the limit, but I do know one thing for a fact...:
but I've seen at least +6 on my Stronghold (had some luck artifacts). Then I visited a fountain that gave me +3, a stone head thing that gave me +1, and the swan place that gave me another boost. Just didn't check to see what luck I had after. With barbarians luck that would make my troops pretty much laugh at harmful magic.

Still the probability is capped at 50%, that feature is probably to prevent massive luck or morale reduction with the right artifacts. Which I don't think is right..
