If the Master Torturer cripples the Dwarf then his head will roll. (Inflict pain but no cripppling of the victims is the Master Torturers job.)
However, we can't have an undead dwarf who don't believe in the Virtous Vixens frequenting the Temple grounds.
If you want to solve this without torture then assume the position of Master Inquisitor and persuade the dwarf to the correct belief and proper Worship of the Virtous Vixens!
Lord Woock: You are not freed until either Lith has agreed to take on your case or you've announced yourself as a Worshipper to the Virtous Vixens. (And if you convert I'll throw a party to celebrate the first convert...)

...could we solve this if I persuade that stone eating undead pain to leave the temple forever or if he just stops yelling creepy stuff about the Vixens?

And what happens if Lord Woock breaks that promise? Every second or third post he makes here breathes heresy?
If he promises to refrain from speaking more heresy I might let you keep him under your protection, but the penalty for further transgressions must be substantial, or I'd say the promise has no value.
Creepy stuff? Creepy stuff in this thread is: "I don't worship you" referring to the Virtous Vixens.

I read through the posts again... I'll relent a bit... Lord Woock's posts are not as bad as I thought at first (especially if you compare his posts to some other bad elements.)
If Lord Woock simply refrains from mentioning in his posts that "I don't worship" he'd be welcome to stay here.
To Lord Woock:
Saying "I don't worship the virtuos vixens" is considered heresy on these temple grounds. There are other ways to become a heretic but the above one is the one you've been using.
Also this is a role-play thread. Not a RL thread. So Lith being a Mod has very little bearing on what he writes in this thread.

How about showing some respect to your hostesses?
This is a Temple dedicated for Worship, and to avert you from your pagan ways. Not a place to announce that "I'm not a believer."
This is not a Thieves Den. This is a Temple! Dress smartly, and pay homage to the Goddesses and you will be rewarded, show disrespect and open oppose as and you will end up in the torture chamber.
And looking at your post... The whole Temple is bedecked with precious jewels, and we have a large bar where all our faithful worshippers can drink as much as they like and whatever they like. (I won't give you details on the unique anti-theft system but as a hint: long-fingered persons usually end up jumping from here and with nothing to show for their trouble. Another possibility is a pecial treat in the torture chamber.)
