not exactly my mistake but whatever, it was funny
back in the days of heroes2, played against a friend of mine and we found ghosts so i started playing only with ghosts while my friend still lugged his army with him while gathering ghosts; we meet up to fight an "epic battle", me with ~300 ghosts against his 600+ ghosts but he entered the battle with the rest of his army which included 1.5k peasants, i get to attack first and make 1.8k ghosts in the first round by killing all the peasants, he quit the game after that move, he was very upset

I've just got pwned badly in a random duel. I had marbas, the AI had klaus. I did some mistake (mainly forgot about the racial abilities  ) so the battle was pretty tight, with a slight advantage for me. I finally won with 1 archdemon, 1 mistress succubi and 4 summoned mistress succubi. but that was what I thought, until an archangel came to the battlefield and resurrected 7 paladins

In my early days in multiplayer, i used to do something very often. Attacking with dungeon and forgetting to visit the mana well

I once played haven and attacked lots of hunters (unuppgraded) and i had a level 20 vittirio. my attacked owned so i joined the battle against the hunters with two one stacks of peasants cause i thougt my triple ballista would kill those hunters. and when i pressed enter fight ther where 2 stacks of 24 hunters and they attacked before my ballista and they owned me and killed my two loyal taxpayers.

hmmm I once played a game stronghold vs stronghold on battlezone against a better player(he wasn't playing his race thought neither was I). In the final battle I was outclassed by far in numbers and also in stats(he had the one with cent spec and got knowledge while I had the one with chieftains) so i decided to use 3 stacks of 60 chieftains, 1 stack of shamans,1 stack of doctors, 1 stack of untamed and 1 stack of warmongers). I got to move first with the chieftains and I simply moved twice with my untamed right in the heart of his army in such a way that when I hit I hit about 4 of his stacks(getting retaliated by his trappers ). At the end of the battle he had all his 45 untamed with no other army while i had the whole army without untamed. The rest was easy as he had no word of the chief(or mana).

I did something very stupid this afternoon. there were some imps in a castle, I attracted them with my archdemons, and then I forgot to kill them, so when they got a chance to play, they killed an archdemon...

Nice I don't have much to share right now, it's only been a few days since I started playing again.
Hey I remember a funny one! I had necropolis with good spellpower, phoenix feather cape and firewall(still a summoning spell at the time) that I kept spamming against enemy inferno. Then I realized that the cape affects it but also that my opponent had sandro's cloak  He puppeted my liches and had them move horizontally against my firewall - they were hit three times and died instantly.

And here is my contribution for today: I (using fortress) got attacked by some Demon Lord that I probably could have defeated if his familiars wouldn't have drained me of all my mana before I could do anything about it and my runes weren't rendered useless because I couldn't use them because of my sucky resource management

Yesterday I was just practicing the "Art of Losing" against a noobish friend. At the end it was just my 30 red dragons and his 33 arch demons. So my friend frenzied my dragons and my friend killed the last of my creatures with the archdemons. It happened so that the archdemons were one tile away from my dragons. And my foolish friend, instead of run away with the archdemons, he teleported his remaining 3 firehounds next to the archdemon "in order to protect the archdemons by sustaining the attack" as he said. But someone forgot about fire breathe and got archdemons fried by lucky frenzied fire breathe attack Only one thing doesn't give me rest now - I was trying to lose so hard!

The other day I atacked a fortress castle that was defended by AI Ingvar lvl 1 or 2 or so. Quick combat easily won the battle with a few losses however. Confident in my superior skills I decided to replay the battle and ... lost miserably unable to defeat the guard post...

I've just had a problem with a duel hero, I spammed the battlefield with hives thanks to imbued ballista, but it sucked all my mana, so my hives could do nothing XD

remember once i played with haven had the hero irina (supergriffins) and with a really big army i attacked my enemy. he had an army half the size of mine so i thugt: hehe easy win!!!.
but he had 2 blackies and casted an empowered armageddon. killed most of my army (except 4 griffins i think) and then his blackies attacked my griffins.

Didn't you make up the story? O_O
If he had Empowered, he should also have Irresistable on quite respective level I think...
So, if he had, at least one blackie would die -_- And the second one could be killed by your hero...
That story it's strange, IMHO, isn't it my dear Watson ?
I haven't simply ever seen warlock without good irresistable...
What;s more- he wouldn't be able to kill HUUUUGE army with one arma!
Now might takes the lead in late game...
And if he was able- his blackies would die
