hmmm... I never play Orcs... what does Pile of Skull Building do??
And yes I will put Razzak in.. in next verison.
And Orcs are unbalanced no matter what map they are on lol...

In short its very important special bildings for orc. All other races can have his special bildings on second town only orc cant.

please remove the unicorn horn bow from the map,it brings with akademy an unbeatable combination.

* Fixed the annoying 2way portal problem -- See pictures
* Added 1 way portal to 2nd town for LATE game access of caravans -- See pictures
* Fixed passability for free flagging of teal sulfer mine and teal level 3 dwelling
* Enabled Razzak -- accidentally forgot him before..not sure how.
* Added 1 way portal from green wolf bridge to Utopia to balance the distance of accesabilty same as Teal
* Enabled Citadel in 2nd towns... so pile of skulls building could be built for Orcs

I have suffered a horrible defeat against sylvan equipped with both academy and horn bow. Opponents Arcane archers shot first despite my +40% initaitive mini arts and +15% combined initiative from other artifacts. Go figure...
After the first volley (with or without horn bow) not much opposition left to answer anyways.
Initiative is what matters, not the bow.
There is actually different feature that disbalances the game in favour to the academy. The ability to construct artifact merchant buildings. Other factions can have access to 1 merchant while academy to 3 (they build one merchant in each city). Thus Academy has much more chance to get one of the 2 "game winning artifacts" - +20% or -20% initiative ring or staff respectively.

Although some of those concerns are very valid. It is not something that is witnessed only in Genesis. In fact the chance of such game breaking artifacts is actually reduced here thanks to the ring staff same slot "fix".
The only thing I find to be very difficult on genesis is if you get stuck with no resourceful hero and your chests are low end gold amounts.

On contrary there's one really deteriorating feature for academy on Genesis - no lvl1 building in second town.
Academy is the faction that relies on lvl1 throughout the game more than any other faction. And now that citadel is enabled its even worse for Academy. Sylvan for example can increase their combined weekly growth of Aracne archers by +50% from town2, which is huge.
Bottom line still the same though - no matter how many oppoenents, the one who moves first wins.

For the record there is 2 External Level 1 Creature Dwellings on map.. So easy to have 600+ Gremlins in end game Thats PLENTY!
And I agree with you that Citadel can pose alot more balance issues being available then when it was NOT available... so if there are alot of complaints there might be a Quick version 1.5 coming soon!

in the 3 games i play with akademy i get 2 times 7 dragon art,and the last game full 8 dragonset.(every day one titan)
maybe remove one or two dragon art.
akademy get very strong with mini arts,together with the unicorn horn bow the first strike is absolutly deadly.

Very hard to ban stuff... even tho I agree with you that the Dragon Combo SHOULD never be used in anygame ( very silly combo and bad ethics to use in my opinion) the Hommunity are very much agasint banning stuff.. Even tho there are alot of things that are silly and very unbalancing in this game, they still want them left in.

I have finished 13 games on Genesis and have like 7 late saves. NEVER have I come close to getting a Dragon set. 6 items is max I have ever acquired. Not really a factor I think. +/- 20% initiative arts have much more impact on balance.
True about those lvl1 buildings but they still do not compensate for lvl3 (read Aracne archers) output from the citadeled 2nd town.
To add some more challenge it would be iteresting to place some additional resource buildings (mines or mills or elemental stockpiles or whatever, not much but for Academy every chrystal counts) behind enemy controlled garrisons. Like to give a chance for Academy to rake them in if they feel lucky.

LOL in 1 post you claim Acadamy is near impossible to beat.. and in next one you want me to put more Resources for Acadamy! lol... Acadamy is far far strong enough.. Resources are Perfect right now for map.. Acadamy can still get Level 3 arts on 4 of 7 stacks and level 2 arts on other 3 and thts week 6... if game goes on longer they can get level 3 on all... so Resources are perfect..

CRITICAL UPDATE
Genesis-v1.5
It appears that commonsense is NOT as common as we thought. Apparently there were a couple stacks of Level 7's in the underground that I forgot to set as "Never Join" like all the other creatures level 3 and higher on the map... and ofcourse some players apparently found them and decided to exploit and abuse this obvious bug instead of reporting it to map maker.
