I think its a cool idea as well... however... if we start changing TOOO much then we have the whole big argement like we had over the TOH MOD... I think keeping it simple is key... The ring moved to hand slot is perfect... I think for now that should be all we change...

Btw, Fiur is a genius with his Special effects!  Now if he could just make the special effect of Emperor shield appear on my rankings I would truely be impressed!!!!

Can you stop "balance" and just play?

Full disallow ban arts/heroes/spels on maps.

Jinx, I have found a problem.

Green player may steal arties without defeating lvl 6 guards near second ore mine.

Maybe should consider boots of swift journey removed.

Played 3 hero games with kispagat, the boots + warpath combo was an absolute terror
Not sure if micro-manage for normal game can solve this problem, but with the no. of places to move to, this boots of swift journey is making things alot more swifter for sure

Doesn't matter if removed , since he gets it every game

OKay thanks for the heads up on the kispagat... I will be posting version 1.0 this weekend.

And boots will be out! Might even be a good idea to make freindly NO warpath rule to just like NO DV to make for better game.. Cause as good as us map makers are... cannot overcome UBI's retardedness completely sometimes.

ALSO... would like opinions from all the Genesis fans... Fiur has helped to create a MOD that places the Ring of Speed in the same Hand slot that the Staff of Neth goes.. With this MOD I will then beable to re-enable BOTH them relics again... Do you guys think its good idea? Just looking for some feedback before I decide.

The idea was to make games with some hope.
For now, necro is pretty weak there because the battles are usually on quite a big scale. They need to at least have the chance to force a final in week5 minimum

Okay here is a list of the current changes I have made to Genesis-v1.0

- Banned Haggash & Urghat
- Added another Relic to Underground passage
- Added another Magi hut to View all relic in Ungerground
- removed one of the level 2 dwellings... replaced with mages vault.
- Removed Boots of Swift Journy
- Added lighthouse to water.
- Beefed up the Garrions slightly.
- Re-enabled Guild 4 & 5 in 2nd towns.
- Fixed free arts in green area as Kisp pointed out.
- Fixed caravan blocking issues I hope
- Added Memory Mentor in middle water THRU whirlpool. Not easy to get! Must break the WaterClops garrison to access it thru whirlpools!
- Re-enabled Staff of Netherworld and Ring of Speed* ( Ring now held in Hand same as Staff -- Thanks to Fiurs Modding ability )

Thats all I can think of now... soon as Fiur gets back from wedding and adds the SpeedRing Mod I will post the new version.

Can you tell us what the phoenix garrison now holds? And when Fiur will be  back?

yea.. I will also miss the 2nd level 2 dwelling... but in the name of balancing Orcs some.. had to do it.

And I can remember a recent game where Fiur had like 400 Zombies with Vampirism that there was just no way to kill lol...

But don't you think that 30 archangels, paladins and champions each plus 200 Imperial Griffins are much harder to beat than 20 phoenixes, 200 air elementals and 15 storm titans?
I doubt anyone will take the haven garrison.

Besides the gate keepers to the Dragon Utopia give their message "I am the Gate Keeper.... If you can beat me, I will deem you worthy, and let you pass!" after you have defeated them. To give the message before they are attacked, some scripting has to be done. I suggest to either remove the message therefore or do the scripting trick.

Other changes seem to be good.

well infact the pheonix garrison has 40 pheonix 15 Titans 200 Airelementals...  Cant for get about there rebirth.

And there are 2 relics and a few major arts and a few power ups in northern passage if you go that way. So far in all the games I played..  Everyone one of my opponents went the Haven Garrison way.

Good point here. I didn't forget about the double amount of phoenixes, still I consider them weaker. But the rewards on the northern passage changes things.

Will try it out next week.

Ahhh forgot to mention, you forgot to disable 2 campaign heroes, mainly with haven, There's a twin brother of klaus named glenn with starting skill warmachines, and also godric was not disabled
