Actually what i meant about why women choose to dress as they do, is not saying that some want to look good and some want to look cheap - I'm saying that different women have very different perceptions of what is beautiful and why.
Look at all of the girls suffering with eating disorders, to us they appear skeletal and sick looking, but they still perceive themselves as being fat.
If a girl is around other girls who dress in a more... showy .. manner, and they see those other girls getting all the attention from the guys, she may feel like she needs to dress that way too to be 'beautiful'
Some girls may just be discovering their own sexuality and are exploring it through different styles of dress.
I'm not criticising anyone for not finding that look attractive, I personally don't like it much either - I think its best to leave some things to the imagination.
All I was saying is that just because you aren't attracted to someone for whatever reason, it doesn't mean that they aren't beautiful. Its two different things imo

Well i must say that girls who belong to 'cheap' cathegory are crying about getting no romance from guys.
Dear ladies, who would want to spend a romantic evening with a girl who looks like a well... you know what i have in mind. When a typical guy see's a girl dressed like that, his only thought is "SEX. HERE AND NOW"
Nerdy girls... Why girls who study and don't care for being popular(e.g. not buying popular designer dishrags(i really hate designer clothing), no expensive perfume, jewelery etc) ussually are the most beautifull ones. And can help you out when you haven't studied for a test (if you ask nicely though)
But the girls who are total nerds and cant even wash their hair are down on their luck until they hit their 30's.

I don't call cleavage sleazy. Although too much cleavage might be.
Whether it's sexy or sleazy has more to do with everything put together including mannerisms.
Oh, and showing a little leg never hurt either....
Or some nice fitting jeans......

Not so much with the sexy there...
Jeans are always good, comfy, practical and look good in a rainshower
I think really anything that accentuates the curves is all good - no need to have anything hanging out.
But some girls like that other stuff, and if it makes them feel good then that's what its about - self confidence and a big smile is sexy

I think they'll get upset if we let ourselves drift off on that tangent again... lol But I still do want to know, if a car alarm is installed in a one man tent, doesn't it stop being a car alarm and become a tent alarm?
About the whole sexy thing - what if you guys met a girl while she was at work, found her strikingly beautiful and had a wonderful time talking with her - but then on your first date she dressed up in a short short skirt, and too small top, would you not wish to be around her anymore?

There are different preferences to women & men when it comes to beauty.
Everyone has their own view of of beauty.
Some women enjoy dressing good & putting on makeup so they can feel beautiful or they feel good about themselves.
Some guys love women to dress good or kinky.
Some like them to put on makeup because they look beautiful.
It depends on the individual.
Everyone has a different taste on women & how they look.
There is no cheap beauty really.
Some even like women dressing where they basically show everything lol.
Some women like to dress like that  . Some people like it lol.

No - because a date is a completely different setting. Dates are meant to be romantically inclined, so such an attire is much more acceptable. If she dressed like that in a regular everyday setting, though, I probably wouldn't even ask her out.
Ironic how stuff is supposed to attract people repels me.
It's like dog sledding sleddering. If you have a sled when you're going sledding, that's one thing - perfectly normal and appropriate. But if you start carrying your sled everywhere - to the store, to other people's houses, etc. - then that's hardly the same.
One doesn't go to a job interview in a kilt, to a summer marathon in a parka, or walk around the house in a suit. So why dress like you're (not you specifically) going on a date when you're going to the store?

OK OK, I'll be good, back on topic. (until I think of another one liner)
A comment about the terminology. I've noticed a trend online of people using the words snow and b*tch a LOT. I'm going to sound like an old fart who is clueless about the "youngins". But if I were to speculate I'd guess this is a result of the rap culture in which they are always talking about snows and b*tches, and it's not necessarily meant to be offensive. But the problem is that in the US and I assume other English speaking countries, both of these terms are considered to be VERY offensive.
I've talked to some non-native English women about this, women who used the terms themselves. I asked if they realized they were highly derogatory words, and they just shrugged it off as if it didn't matter. The point is that what is offensive and not offensive is highly cultural based. So the question is, if someone who is non-native English doesn’t find it offensive, does it make it non-offensive?

Lith, I meant the one with girls on barrels. The first one just makes me think why can't the woman wear pants that actually fit. That kind of low riders are just disgusting. 
BTW I don't like the pictures that Kipszhaz presented as beautiful either.

I know what you mean even though for me, that kind of outfit isn't even romantic, even for a date
or make-up for that matter. If she comes with lots of makeup on a date, I wouldn't be harsh at first, I would tell her that I'm not particularly fond of makeup (well if she worked for me, she would have figured that out anyway after some time...). It's nothing romantic about it, nothing beautiful. It's like painting and ruining yourself. I don't just "don't like it", I just hate it.
I don't find it that ironic, because "stuff that is supposed to attract people" is, what I call, a lame shot at it, like trying to fool an idiot with logical fallacies -- even though, of course, this one is not mentally related, but physically (and it's not a fallacy lol, just one of my stupid analogies  ). She just needs to be herself, friendly, and just not into the 'trend' or 'style', to be unique so to speak. And cute
So I don't even ask much from women, in fact it would be harder to apply makeup than to not do it, as I request.
