Looking at the Ashan map, Savage Sea is bording the Seven Cities.
So if on one hand T-Bird is the DLC boss and, on the other hand, it is not only that...
My guess is that:
- T-bird is the new Academy champion.
- Crag Hack will encouter Mages from the Seven Cities during his 'campaign'
- We may even see other Academy creatures if ever AI would control a Mage hero from Academy faction during that campaign

I think that less count of factions can mean good balance. Other wise H2 and H4 consist of 6 factions. So it's good tradition for even Heroes.

Technically you weren't. If the promises were:
a) Expansions will be sold in boxes, and
b) There will be a total of 4 factions in expansions,
then it is still highly likely that your conclusion was wrong. But as it is, the premises were wrong, so while you still got to the right conclusion (apparantly), that's doesn't merit any medal.

As for news started on HC, HC has a news-hub function. News gets reported here very soon, that doesn't always mean that it starts here.

There is 9 factions IN ASHAN WORLD, not all of them will be included in Heroes 6 game. Now the real information about it - only one faction will be included in expansion pack. If you are right about one faction extra per expansion, and assuming we have two expansions (traditionally with any heroes series) then I would expect Academy and Sylvan. We need the titans and the elves bigtime! Dungeon was kind of the black dragon and Cate vibe, and Dwarves will remain hidden in Grimheim for Heroes VII!!

What about Raelag in final campaign scene? Dungeon and Black Dragon is a MUST for Heroes.
One more thing. Will this DLC contain full campaign with four maps or just one? I cannot find strait answer anywhere...

Dungeon was only in H3 (and remade in HV) but in H1 you have Mountain Castle, in H2 you have Warlock Castle and in HIV you have Asylum. Their native terrian was swamp.
So no, Dungeon is not a MUST. Warlock castle with Dragon yes, but not Dungeon.
And BTW Black Dragon wasn't in H1.

When the campaign was made, Black Hole were still involved in the game.Now there are no developers to make Dungeon.Maybe we will see Academy (it is half-made by Black Hole),but Limbic can't produce "full scale content" (these are Ubi's words).So we'll have to wait for Heroes 7 another several years to maybe see the factions that aren't included in Heroes 6.

Black dragon was in every installment of Heroes (except in H1 where it was just dragon because it was only one). That creature is icon of Heroes franchise.
So we have only six factions at the end, enormous quantity of bugs and bad design decisions, no replay value, no RMG, few maps, no simultaneous turns, terrible conflux, achievement losses, lack of communication, one disaster after another...
But, what is done its done. This whole HVI fiasco is just pain to be involved in.

What are you talking about? a dragon is not a black dragon. However the Cyclops has been in every heroes game. so in reality it is not the black dragon but the Cyclops that is the Icon of Heroes of might and magic.
