Yes, models are made by puppet works. But tell me who will program the abilities and insert in the game the units and so on.
Sorry but they just did that..
I do not Think that the T-Bird is just a pheonix times 2 with the same skills. So this for me seems that Limbic can create new skills and abilities into the game. Or tleast knows where they are and how to move and combine them with animations. So there is no reason for them to have the T-bird have the same skin as Pheonix. The only reasons woudl be.
1: Bad Ubi who did not want to pay Puppet works
2: Bad Puppet works who do not want to work for Ubi nomore
I personally hope its the first one.
Time (or any polish fan) might prove me wrong since I did not had the chance to play the DLC in Warshaw.

Well that's what I mentioned in some other post, that the H6 phoenix actually looks more like a T-bird than a phoenix.....phoenix should be more dragon-like, and the T-bird should be like the H6 phoenix.
Townscreens:
Looking good, you can see they keep various areas on the screen for the mini-map, bottom-right buttons and in the middle creature slots.
The creature slots do seem to take up lot of space on the map hiding the graphic behind....although it covers mainly the town walls (once built) so not so bad!
Anyone who doesn't have money or won't buy Savage Sea out of principle, have it your way.....I'm buying!

If current Phoenix becomes Thunderbird, is it too delusional for me to hope that there will be a new Phoenix model?

Quote: Question: How early did the dark elves acquire minotaurs, before or after the wizard civil war?
If we read the Heroes V description of the Minotaurs, we learn that Minotaurs escaped along with the other Beastmen and established themselves in the Caves that would later become Ygg-Chall. It is unclear when this was, but since the Centaurs and Harpies have already joined the Orcs, we may assume it already happened.
There they were conquered by the Dark Elves that moved in there. According to the Timeline, the Dark Elves went there when they were Exiled by the Elven King after their Queen Tuidhana dies, 2 years after the events of Heroes VI(2nd Eclipse, 564) making it 566.
The Wizard Civil War was 751-770 YSD.

The creation of Beast-men was in 512 YSD.
The Beast-men (minotaurs, centaurs, harpies) are created as servants, playthings, and guards in the Seven Cities. Their stated purpose was to replace the orcs.
The Dark Elves were born in 540 YSD.
The war between Dark Elves and Elves was 566 YSD.

Wizard faction since HoMM2, Academy since HoMM4, Elf unit since Homm1, Elf faction since HoMM3.
And thanks for the answers, I was uncertain if the minotaurs belonged to the Dungeon faction back then. Maybe they get switched with another original creature?

In 564 YSD, if centaurs and harpies are with the orcs, then I bet minotaurs form part of dark elves (dungeon).

Well, the Dark Elves are still living above ground in 564. They don't go underground for another 2 years when they are exiled by the Elven King after the death of their Queen. It is likely that the Minotaurs are underground already, though. So I doubt if they are already part of Dark Elf society.
If they campaign follows the Dark Elves going Underground, I'm fairly certain that conquering the Minotaurs is one of the Early Objectives.
Edit: I must say, Sanctuary is quite amazing.

I am not sure about this, I think the dark elves went underground in 540 YSD when they made their pact with the faceless and started worshipping Malassa who should be underground in my books (war of the bitter ashes).
They might not have all been living there, but they definately took a peak

They are still living in Tuidhana's kingdom on surface. Only after Demons burned Elven holy tree and accused Dark Elves for this, Dark Elves escaped under ground.

Nope:
http://www.heroesofmightandmagic.com/heroes5/dungeon_story.shtml
Quote: 564 YSD: 2nd Eclipse - Rise of the Demon Sovereign
566 YSD: Day of the Tears of Fire – Death of Tuidhana
A massive fire burns down the Elven capital. The High King dies in the flames with most of his court. Brythigga, the Mother of Trees, sacred to the Elves, is also consumed by the fire. The loss is devastating.
The Dark Elves are blamed and offered exile or death. Most choose exile; the rest are hunted down and destroyed without mercy. Tuidhana remains with her lands and is killed.
585 YSD: Discovery of Demon Implication in the Day of the Tears of Fire
The Dragon Knights bring evidence to the Elves that Brythigga’s criminal fire was set by a Demon spy.
Emissaries are sent from the forest to the wandering Dark Elves, offering amnesty and inviting them to return home. The offer is refused.
586 YSD: Establishment of the Second Dark Elf kingdom on the borders of Dwarf territory
Relations between the two kingdoms are strained at best.
Hmm... a demon spy... I smell our favourite dinorider return.

hmm you're right, but there is a H5 scenario covering this event and in it, the demon spy is some random demon lord I think
but of course that could be retconned because it would just be perfect if it was Agraelag who did it

May I ask if any of you have played heroes VI? Due to the fact that Realag is still a darkelf whith no visible connections to demons at the end of the campaigne, so I would really, really like to see how in less then two years he would became a Demon spy... Try to be more creative and do not always give the job to the "Supriem hero"
