Here are the changes (mostly balancing):
Changed Fire Bolt scrolls to Ice Bolt ones (makes it lightly easier for Order and little harder for Chaos).
Taverns and 1st level dwellings in towns aren't built at the start, they will be built in the second day. (This prevents players from hiring creatures or heroes from the will-be-opponents town.)
Starting Heroes now block the town entrances so that Bandits can't sneak out.
Added a Placed event that warns about passing the signs. (If player passes the signs, the opponent will get 10000 gold and bunch of other resources.)

also thought i'd mention deep kick 1.4 was posted couple days ago which fixed a minor bug and changed some stuff to make map a little faster.

I am doing ok i am just slowly recovering and have not been talking to much to anyone...I hear it is some kind of depression that goes along with being disabled...but camel i am not doing ot bad bud ty for asking.....Bob

on the way..
most things needed fixing been fixed, all i need now is some time/apetite to launch some testings on some certain scripts..
lotsa tanks to kolia, tarzan and specially arangar for doing some tests - even though some gave him goof results
ranger baby you tested having blue.. some X's work only for color of side they re on..except arties X's
even though bugs were not game crushing, we better wait for 1.2 ver to be released..some few days
