So, em... does the game feel like the Hollywood blockbuster for an audience which is looking to escape the karma through ever-increasing retardation? The "one hero saves the world against all odds" plot keeps me away from the respective game like an army of frenzied Heavy machine gunners so how bad is it this time?

I kept on not criticizing before I had finished because I kept thinking that maybe it gets better.
Well, it didn't.
Story sucks majorly, don't even get me started on all the endings, but hey, at least there's different ones depending on how retarted you are! Still doesn't make any fricking sense to send the galaxy to stone age when you can play god now does it?
Missions for saving a handful of civilians when you're on a mission to stop galaxy wide genocide, efficient use of your bloody time, but hey, saved those two!
Cutscenes which are so far beyond hollywood idiotism they make death note look good, there's an enemy in front of you, three of you have a gun, naturally the one without a gun rushes the enemy, right?
Or how about watching a shuttle get away when you have the most advanced warship at your command?
Your conversations are predetermined 80% of the time, completely missing the character of course
From the rest 20%, 19% lead to the same fricking outcome anyways.
Oh and the reputation persuade/threaten is still there so one or the other or you're a doomed wimp
Terrorist organisations have more resources, manpower and better technology than space wide nations, oh and apparently conquering galaxy wide unions' capitals only takes around 50 men
Politicians are retards?
The game is really easy
Even more dumbed down skills+combat
You have to play multiplayer to get the best ending, wtf? Why does multiplayer even affect single?
Textures load slow even on PC, sloppy conversion job overall,
controls anyone? and if that wasn't enough getting stuck to walls, ladders, windows and flowerpots is still there
Oh and have you noticed how lovely the noverian landscape is? It sure is lovely, how about the citadel garden? pretty too, too bad I was TRYING TO SHOOT AT THE GODDAMN MERC NOT SIGHT SEE IN NOCLIP MODE!
There is still the god damn ammo
Enemies can see you when you're invisible if you cloak in sight and they can also track you. When you cloak behind barrier they remember your position but don't track you. Question is, how does the place where you cloak affect your visibility afterwards?
Lift is so overpowered it's laughable
Escort missions, lots of escort missions
LOTS of plotholes and other annoyances not listed
To give some positive notes:
You can upgrade weapons
There are multiple weapons
You can customize weapons
You can upgrade armour
There are multiple armours
You can customise armour
You are not weapon illiterate anymore, good system
PS. Bioware, space ninjas, really? That's the best you could come up with?

Joonas, if you though lift was overpowered, did you try maxed out charge+nova combo? 
BTW you don't need multiplayer to get the best ending but you need nearly max military forces.

Nope, I played infiltrator.
I'm not confident on that, I did all the sidequests, explored everything but I disregarded the salarians. In the end it was 6700 or so and I doubt you can get nearly enough from them to reach 8000, not to mention 10000. Perhaps some DLCs like the batarian one have an effect?
After the trilogy I can safely say that Mass Effect is one of the best games ever made. Just don't bother with the either of the sequels if you're looking for something worth your money.

You forgot the scene in the beginning in which the Reaper shoots the two transports.
Actually,reapers can aim perfectly threre but are completely oblivious that the normandy is there.
Seriously,a giant ship that says "Normandy SR2" and the reapers dont see it...
In all other cases,the reapers cant aim.The one vs the giant worm cant aim at the damn thing.
Think about incompetent villains in cartoons.
