That's not going to happen, if they wanted to get shameless they would have done so in H6 or duel of champions. I think we can forget the H5 dungeon days..

Er I swear the heroes in the inferno faction are technically succubi and incubi? Reading the backgrounds of the heroes in the tavern pretty much all of em are succubi and incubi.
So we have male incubi already they are heroes for the inferno faction.
When someone does the ritual to turn into a demon if they die some how at some point urgash brings that said human/elf/dwarf demon as succubi or incubi. (Depending on the gender)

An accurate observation. Most heroes in H6 are humans or humanoid shape at least and this sucks. We could have used some variation..

Funny thing is that quite a few of the necropolis might heroes are actually vampires.
If you go blood in necropolis and get ludmilla if you read her background she is actually a vampire as well. In the expansion coming out the hero for necropolis is also a vampire.
So technically might necropolis heroes are intended to be vampires. While magic heroes are undead/liches.

Technically, Vein has been made a vampire by Belketh in order to save him from the plague.
Also, if you read the creatures' descriptions :
- Liches are powerful necromancer that were offered to drink Sacred Spiders' blood, so Liches are humanoid
- Vampires are Liches that have been sacrificed to Asha, so again, Vampires are humanoid as well

I could understand that orcs are humanoid, or that some of their leaders are humans. But the naga human heroes were a bad choice, especially when there were the Yume, Akasha, Hiroshi and Katsue models in the game, that could be used for standard Naga models in most cases.

Well looks like humans are the dominant race in Ashan  .
And about Necromancers, very confusing matter indeed, as most of the necromancers, even high ranking ones lile Sveltana are not even liches themselves, they are fully alive, not sure if they got kissed by mother namtaru anyway? And once again, what exactly did Anastasya become?

Well here is the information on liches from the unit background.
Higher ranking Necromancers (the priests of the Spider Goddess) are given a life-prolonging elixir that is "milked from the venom of the Goddess's sacred spiders, and that they must mix with their food.
This "treatment" turns them into Asakkus, or "Liches", their bodies desiccated but now freed from the passions of the flesh. They keep aging however, until they look little more than walking mummies… The venom mixture also colors their whole eyes bright green.
Remember sandro became a lich through a different method hence why his eyes are not green.
Oh and here is vampires
As they grow in power, Liches may earn the right to be embraced by the Spider Goddess herself to die and be reborn as Akhkharus, or "Vampires".
They undergo an excruciating ritual but gain a rejuvenated body, cleansed from all defects. Vampires don't need to eat, drink, sleep or breathe anymore as all their organs are "petrified," and it is not blood, but the sacred spider's venom, that now flows in their veins.
However, they need to drink human blood on a regular basis to thin this venom down, and prevent it from dissolving their body from the inside.

Sveltana is a lich.. do you think she would look so young when the heroes VI characters are aprox the same age as her grandchildren would be.

Quite sure she ia not. Nothing implies this in her biography. Plus she looks nothing like a lich - read the description of liches in game. All the ruling cast of the necromances are vampires - so that is what sje could be. But not a lich 100 percent!

So, she is either:
1. A vampire.
2. A necromancer who managed to look younger due to some other necro spells.(most of Necro heroes are 'just' Necromancers!)
Calling her a lich is like calling Belketh lich! we obviously dont know all the ways of being a Necromancer, like, is Anastasya a zombie?

OK.. I do not want to start an argument. True there is nowhere directly written she is a Lich.
But...
Frist and formost, Vampires may be the "higher" from of Liches, but not all "Rulers" of the cult are Vampires. Look at Aguirre, just from his look, he is a Lich. (And Sandro is one aswell.) He is one of the highest leaders and most respected masters. Sveltana is Aguirre student and desciple.
Now to the age. Sveltana is the sister of duke Pavel, who, when he died, left his 6 year old boy Slava as his succesor. She acted as regent for X years. Now, at the time of Heroes VI you paly as Slavas and his, more or less, grown-up children. Add aprox 20-25 years.
So if Pavel would have Slava when he was aprox. 20, Slava would have his oldest son (Sandor) when he was 18, and this son cloud have been be aprox 23+ at the time of Heroes VI Sveltana must be 60+ years old. Now tell me, does she look like that?

Well.. As I mentioned above there are could be other ways for the necromancers to slow down their aging.
When I get home I will quote directly from the game - it specifically states that vampires form the ruling circle of the cult..
And Aguirre, well he was very important - he discovered the mother Namtaru, and only then the infamous Namtarus kiss became possible. Npt too sure of him.. But Sandro is NOT a lich. He never drunk Namtaru's venom and he gained his immortality by other means - this is explained in the DLC.

Well, we don't know much about Belketh nor about Sveltana.
On the other hand, Anastasya IS a lich as she embraced Mother Namtaru at the end of map 2 of her campaign.
Like Elvin, I've been disappointed with the all human heroes in every faction from the start. While it makes sense that all Haven heroes (but Maximus) are human, they really failed with the human heroes in Stronghold, Sanctuary and Inferno.
What was even worse imo, is that nearly all creatures are also humanoid (as in human-looking body, 2 legs, 2 arms and a head). They could have made a better effort with the bestiary, especially all the elementals and even more with the Inferno line-up that looks really boring.
