Worldwide around 67 388 copies. Source
Note that a third of it came from the first week since release.

Heh, sounds like some bard is telling an old story, a semi-legend. I like that.
The work seems to be very hard indeed as the patch is nowhere near the horizon a month and a half after the release. Or at least the news about it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that a pathetic figure? That stupid game RIFT sold 450k copies. Did they even manage to make a profit from selling 67k copies?

I'd be surprised if they didn't, given how little they seem to have invested in this game.

Um, if this is true, this is most likely the worst selling Heroes to date, maybe except HoMM I.

For a no-budget game such as this, it's hardly any surprising.

Maybe Steam is not included?
17k outside USA? It's certainly wrong, it used to lead the UK charts upon release.
*edit
It was second behind Rage.

The poor sales figures is obviously because of piracy.

Lol how ironic is that ?
Piracy is probably even lower now with digital selling and steam prices than it used to be with 60 € retail games.

No. Valve doesn't publish sales info. So it's way more than 67k.

Many people would have pirated it because they thought it's not worth buying. For this you only need to blame Ubisoft.
Instead of trying to sneak in DRM's, they should have made a better game overall.

Yeah so let's be optimistic and say that it sold 100k. Still snowing bad i guess.
But what would be more interesting is the sales number of older Heroes.
I think the best selling heroes was HoMM 2 at its time, then maybe 3rd one. 5th installment sold decently i think.
1 and 4 I don't think so.
Funniest thing about that is the fact that the best Heroes sold better (obviously), which would mean Heroes 6 is the least popular along with 1 and "maybe" 4.

I think you got it all wrong.
Best selling should b H3, fallowed by H5,H4,H2 and finaly H1.
67k sales for H6 is a nonesence, add a zero to that and I would somehow considere it plausible

AC Brotherhood started out worse and that was called a success:

It's obvious now, that these charts are plain wrong.
