You notice the tower in your screen,right?
It's where you can echange 3 primary skills to knowledge and then knowledge again to 3 primary skills.
That's how you get 5000 mana and don't worry about it.(doubling your mana is the key when you get 125 knowledge)

I don't feel like being accused, I am given explanations (which are correct) but don't make a huge of a difference.
and ye, I missed some v important facts on this map , like the part with attack vs. dmg (i can't understand how I didn't notice that a 400 attack stack of devils does same dmg as one with 150 attack. That's why i ask around .
H3 SoD has nothing to do with the modifications which are new to me, I played very little WoG and had a mixed feeling about it (considered v long being unbalanced and buggy)
but this map is a masterpiece.. It got me into playing H3 again and I thought that game is dead. and not only playing, i finished MoW and started MoS same day.

In this map(with MoE,MoW and MoS)when I have less than 2000 mana,I go first to get 5000 again before doing battle with AI.
Having in mind the new rules,I will be even more careful with how much mana I have.

Yep, if you like TEW IV you should definitely try out TEW III and Time of Prophecy later (all Sal's maps, assume that you haven't played them). It's a pity that Sal will not make any more map, he's one of the few map maker (in fact the only one I know at this point) that is still active and has lots of experience in making maps (not filled with bugs or horribly imbalanced).
Anyway does my "getting more Efreets" suggestion help you anything in the fight? Hope it can be somewhat helpful for you .

I haven't been a mapmaker,so I can only guess,but I think a bit of rest is needed for every mapmaker,who will decide what is the convenient period of time for him.
When new inspiration comes,Sal will be as active as now.

why is immunity 3 not helping against Blind. i know there is a different ability to buy for blind immunity. but to me would make sense to be included in immunity 3.

It used to work, but now with the MoE change Blind now becomes a level 5 spell, so that's the reason why it doesn't work any more.

Small update, thanks to Ovidiu for recalling me blind issue (sorry, totally forgot devils will be harm by):
Commodus.erm
Blind is now level 3 on AI turn, level 5 on our turn. (please test)
Right-clicking on end turn enables deleting imps crucibles, if one is screwed. I think it comes from 252x252 objects map limit, but not sure, I will ask around.
If anyone has a save with MOE and blind enabled, please upload so I can test.

This reminds of an old issue of the map. So a combo of Immunity 1 + Fire and Immunity 3 will give both AD and Demon complete protection against Blind, making the ability become useless. So you know what I try to suggest here right? Right ?!

I fixed text description for Immunity 3 in DL. In erm that's how they call it, but it means immunity 1-3 spells. In V4 the hint is correct, as many people believed it is only about level 3 spells.
I maybe found a fix for imps but I need to start new game, the issue is complicated, looks like the maximum objects allowed in map is reached, so OB:C value is reset to -1 after we have 80+ dwellings. Will test with MoE tomorrow.

Well you can also make an option that the moment when the creature already has Immunity 3 he can't upgrade Immunity 1 anymore because it would be completely useless

Get Arch Devil Immunity 1 and Fire Immunity (core, which also immune against Blind), later get Immunity 3 for Demons, Efreet already has Fire Immunity. Since we only need them to complete the map, and they are now all immuned against Blind, making the Blind Immunity Ability become useless, and thus can be replaced with another one (like Reduce Casting Cost for example, or Enchanted Spells are always good in any situation).

Maybe but the battle against Gerwulf and his 30 faeries is the third battle in the game. If you care to reload 50 times to never get faeries cast lightning or iceray, that's fine with me
I never go into this battle without immunity 3, for fire shield I have dispel.
Because one lightning from faeries and your devils fall. And they have 6 casts each.

Well I did make it with only Immunity 1, also from Ovidiu save , who play MoS to boost, looks like it's actually not that hard .

Managed to do the fight and to resurrect all having 120 spell power. needed 1600 mana.
Sorrow did help: they didn't get any + morale once I casted it (-5 effect on it) and I noticed one or 2 Negative morale occurring.

Ye I also took Immunity 1 on devils and now got immunity 3 on Demons but ye..
Gerwulf is one of the toughest battles early game, worse than Damacon or Dace

Should I offer at magic shop to purchase additional casts for the creature having rebirth? Something like 2000-3000 mithril for every additional one?
Instead of upgrading armageddon or implosion, which are not needed.

What about something like 500-1000 mithril?
I mean we have to give much bigger part of our mithril to have speed relevant to AI now.
I think the idea is great!
I vote replacing the option of 10 devils per Commodus stats decrease with the new option-the number of casts.
I think upgrading implosion and armagedon for mithril is needed when you play MoW/MoS.
