I see your lineup as a true win...except one thing: I'd like the evil eyes/shadow lurkers in it somehow. No objection to Medusa and Witch, though, and ofc a big "hail" to the Black Dragon/Faceless option for champ.

Fury (Based on Warhammer Dark elf harpies)

Medusa (H6, petrify is a ranged activated ability)
Minotaur (H6)
Champion
Matriarch / Daughter of Malassa (based on H4 Evil Sorceress, H5 Witch and H6 Cate, can shapeshift into Dragon form)
Hydra (H2)
Warfare units
Poison Tent (Attack)
Faceless (Support)
Black Dragon (Siege, basically takes off into flight and blasts enemy walls with fire)

how about we redesign Dungeon into a faction of Raptors!
So, story was.. Dark Elves got exterminated by a race of Raptors and they take over Dungeon and their slaves. Here's the lineup:

Let's focus on the less decadent side of Dungeon and take some shrooms .
CORE
Troglodyte - fungal creature. Blind, mind control immunity. Tank.
Assasin - fast and agile ranged creature.
Facehugger - crazy dps  .
ELITE
Minotaur - classic. No need for explanations. Tank.
Matriarch - combination of Warhammer H5's caster with H4 Medusa. Transform enemies in a stone. Support.
Fungal/Deep Hydra - mutated version of classical hydra. Spore bags, shrooms everywhere!
CHAMPION
Black Dragon - dps.
Faceless - support.
WARFARE
Venom Spawn (as poisonous ballista).
Giant Mushroom (as a catapult).
Shrine of Malassa (support, casts forgetfulnesses on a enemy's creature).

@Darkem: I like how you dug up the Facehuger.. which would be anice addition to the faction to replace that eye from H6.
Don't get me wrong, I like beholder like creatures but I disliked how they were made in H6
But ... why no manticore?

I do not think that Hydra rider is appropriate, even for PEGI 16 game.

I'd love to see manticore back, but I also wanted to make "my" line-up as diverse as possible. It could easily replace Matriarch, but we cannot forget that this game is made by UBI/Limbic and they love to put as much humanoids as possible. I think that they tend to forget that "less is more" .
Facehugger is probably my favourite unit added to M&M bestiary under the reign of Ubisoft . The monster is intriguing and has some originality  .

I liked the idea some pages back to push the Faceless into the warfare ranks.. this opens one spot... so you cou put the Manticora there, or push the hydra up have manticoras as elite.

My ideal (realistic) line-up would be something like this.
Core:
Scout/Assassin (mix of H5 and H6 ones)
Blood Maiden/Blood Fury (as in H5)
Beholder/Evil Eye (as in H6)
Elite:
Minotaur/Minotaur Guard (as a combiantion of H3 + H6)
Manticore/ Scorpicore (as a combiantion of H3 + H6)
Shadow Witch/Shadow Mistress (as in H5)
Champion:
Shadow Dragon/Black Dragon (as in H2)
Hydra/ Chaos Hydra (as in H3)
I don't really like Faceless, but I guess they could be warfare units. I would like to see medusas return, but their position in Ashan is a bit unknown (Coral/Pearl Pristesses in H6).

That's a very good lineup. A perfect example that Enroth and Ashan can coexist peacefully.
